Built by CySoftSolutions from scratch on a CodeIgniter + Ajax foundation with full security measures in place, the Car Wash Tracking System was designed for use not only by car washes but also by carpet cleaners, curtain cleaners and dry cleaners. It features an advanced customer module for managing customer vehicles and account records, along with fully dynamic brand, payment type, work status and service/pricing management. An admin management module, log records and dynamic message templates let you monitor every action in the system. Advanced date-based, customer-based and payment-type-based reports can be exported as PDF, and bulk SMS or email can be sent to selected customers. Virtual POS integration and support for 2 different SMS providers automate payment and notification workflows, while dynamic SMTP and general settings modules let the system be customized for any business. Other features include fast work order creation, search by customer/plate number/receipt number, automatic SMS and email notification when a work order is completed, PDF export and printing for every table, and sending customers a payment link for credit card payments.
